Payment Policy
PROSAINS (M) SDN. BHD. unequivocally does not accept or provide any form of payment refunds for products or services to the customers, be it in cash, online transfers, or any other cashless payment methods.
Excess Payment
In the event of an excess payment made by the customer, the surplus amount will be transferred and stored into a Credit Account by PROSAINS (M) SDN. BHD.
The excess funds will be stored in a dedicated Credit Account, reflecting a balance derived from the remaining excess funds paid on previous purchases and the existing Credit Account balance combined.
The amount in the Credit Account can be utilized exclusively for future purchases of products within PROSAINS (M) SDN. BHD.
Statement of Credit Balance will be generated by PROSAINS (M) SDN. BHD.
Ultilization of Credit Account
Funds within the Credit Account are not transferable and cannot be withdrawn in any form, including physical cash, online transfers, or any form of coupons.
The Credit Account balance is intended solely for use in future transactions within PROSAINS (M) SDN. BHD. with no expiry date.
Insufficient Balance
If the balance within the Credit Account is insufficient during any purchase, the customer is obligated to top-up the outstanding amount through an alternative payment method.Any excess payment utilizing customers Credit Account can be paid via alternative payment method to Cash, Online Transfers, or any other cashless payment methods.
Goods Collection Deadline
Customers are required to collect their purchased goods within one (1) month from the date of purchase. Failure to do so may result in the goods being moved for disposal.
If goods are not collected within the stated one-month period, the management reserves the right to dispose of the uncollected items. The disposal process may include, but is not limited to, recycling, donation, or any other appropriate means.
Notification of Uncollected Goods
The customer will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase if their goods are approaching the collection deadline. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
Customers are also responsible for promptly informing the management of any changes to their contact information or collection details. Failure to update this information does not exempt the customer from the terms outlined herein.
Storage Fees
In the event that goods remain uncollected after the one-month period, customers may contact the management and make payment for storage charges. These fees will be applied on a weekly or monthly basis, as determind by the management, until the goods are collected or disposed of.
Payment of Storage Fees:
Customers are obligated to pay any accrued storage fees before collecting their goods. Failure to settle these fees may result in the withholding of the goods until all outstanding payments are cleared.
Right to Withhold Goods
The management reserves the right to withhold the release of goods until all outstanding payments, including the original purchase amount and any applicable storage fees, are fully settled.
Account Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.
PROSAINS (M) SDN. BHD. is not liable for any unauthorized access or use of a customer's account.
Communication
PROSAINS (M) SDN. BHD. may use the contact information provided by the customer for communication regarding transactions, updates, and promotions.
